Added the ability to use a source column in multiple target columns (feature in v3 of the CLI).
Resolved an issue where the source and target columns have to be in the same order in the Real-Time Sync.
Fixed an issue in Salesforce target where if the first field is empty the fields are offset incorrectly
Resolved an issue where you could not use a calculated column as part of the sync key in the real-time sync
Resolved an issue where a special character comparison was throwing an index error.
